About
A passionate intrapreneur and committed leader, Julie brings over 30 years' experience in transforming organizations from the inside out. She has overseen major restructurings, led large-scale projects and mobilized teams around inspiring visions. Her aim has always been the same: to create meaning, build solid foundations and bring out the extraordinary in the ordinary. Holder of an MBA, she also held management positions for 15 years and acted as a mentor for over 10 years.

Recognized for her ability to popularize concepts and inspire team commitment, Julie helps her clients take action in demanding environments, even when landmarks seem blurred. A navigator at heart, she firmly believes that every person can find his or her course and stay on it, even in turbulent times.

Between assignments, Julie shares her passion for leadership and teamwork by teaching sailing on thirty-foot keelboats on the St. Lawrence River in the Quebec City region. This commitment enables her to share her sailing know-how and management skills in a dynamic and inspiring setting.
