Coaching is a wonderful tool for getting to know ourselves, identifying what's really important to us, in line with our values, discovering new perspectives and thus choosing to pursue our path on roads we wouldn't have naturally taken before embarking on a coaching approach. 

Course

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The sessions will take place virtually at a frequency that you and Julie determine; fairly quickly at first to get the ball rolling.

First session: free discovery meeting

During this free 30-minute meeting, you'll get to know each other and discuss your coaching goals. Julie will introduce you to her method and answer any questions you may have about the process. At the end of the session, you can decide whether you'd like to continue coaching.

Second session: defining objectives and action plan

If you would like to work with Julie, she will invite you to prepare for your first coaching session, during which you will discuss your specific needs. COACHING OBJECTIVES AND DEVELOPMENT TARGETS (a preparation document is available on request).

Third session: implementing concrete actions

At this session, you can talk about your ACTION PLAN that will lead you to the results and transformations you desire.

Structured sessions: monitoring and progress

This will be followed by a series of structured sessions during which Julie will use various tools (listening, questions, feedback, requests) which will lead to insights or new learning and will then be used to determine the actions to be taken to achieve the desired results

Achieving objectives: review and closure

Coaching ends when you have achieved the objectives of your coaching plan. This usually requires a commitment of 3 to 6 months. That said, you can terminate coaching at any time.
