Personal information collected when you contact the Company

When you write to us by e-mail, we collect your name, e-mail address and any other information you provide voluntarily.

When you contact us by telephone, depending on the nature of your request, we collect your name and telephone number, as well as any other information you provide voluntarily. 

When you contact us on social media such as LinkedIn, we collect instant messages received on the platform of these social networks, your name and other information provided voluntarily. 

When you make use of certain types of personalized services offered mainly in the context of our executive coaching and management coaching activities with executives, managers and professionals, we collect information during our communications by telephone or during meetings by videoconference or in person, subject to obtaining your prior express consent:

  • certain sensitive personal information relating to your objectives, action plan, ambitions, future plans, development targets, answers to questions in follow-up or preparation for coaching sessions, activities and means to achieve objectives and other information provided voluntarily, all in order to adapt our advice and interventions to the issues of the individuals concerned;
  • certain personal information such as voice recordings and verbatim transcripts of certain pre-determined coaching sessions with you as part of the performance appraisal offered by our training providers and coaching certification; and
  • certain personal information such as your name, coaching hours and contact information (phone number and e-mail), all for recognition by coaching certification bodies. 

Depending on the nature of your request and regardless of the technology used, we may also use your name, e-mail address and telephone number to set up a confidential follow-up file. 

For the purposes of paying for our services, we may collect financial information such as billing information, bank details, transaction history, etc.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of fourteen (14), unless we have obtained the express prior consent of a parent or guardian. If you have reason to believe that we hold any such personal information that may have been collected unintentionally, please notify our Privacy Officer so that we may proceed with the required verification and, if necessary, the secure destruction of the personal information in question.

(v) allow us to verify the confidentiality of the personal information provided.

Communication outside Quebec. We may disclose your personal information to persons or entities in the above categories who are located outside Quebec. In such cases, we will conduct a privacy impact assessment in accordance with the Privacy Act prior to any such disclosure. We will only disclose your personal information if the privacy impact assessment demonstrates that the person or entity in question is able to provide adequate protection for your personal information in accordance with generally accepted privacy principles, among others.  

Consent

All persons using the Web Site or communicating with the Company consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes communicated and to the aforementioned entities (where applicable), in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

Storage and destruction

In accordance with our procedures for the secure retention and destruction of personal information, we retain personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes and to comply with our legal obligations. Withdraw your consent to communication or use

Subject to the Act and your applicable contractual obligations, you may withdraw or change your consent to the use or disclosure of your personal information. We will inform you of the consequences of your choice before accepting your request to withdraw consent.

Access your personal information

We have a legal obligation to respond (favourably or unfavourably) to any request for access or rectification within 30 days of receipt and confirmation of your identity. We may refuse any request in accordance with the Privacy Acts.

You may address a complaint about our governance or privacy practices to our Privacy Officer.

Updating this Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable law. We will notify you of any changes to this Policy by indicating, at the beginning of the Policy, the date of the most recent changes. If we have your e-mail address, we will also send you a notice identifying any changes to this Policy.
