Passionate entrepreneur and committed leader, Julie Martineau, MBA, ACC, brings more than 30 years of experience to the heart of organizations. She has led important transformations, managed large-scale projects, and mobilized teams around impactful visions. A common thread runs through her journey: creating meaning, building solid foundations, and bringing the extraordinary out of the ordinary.

For over 15 years as a manager, notably in communications and public affairs, she has learned to navigate complex environments, bring together people with different perspectives, and turn intentions into concrete actions.
Mentor and coach
Having been a mentor for more than 10 years, Julie naturally pursued her path towards professional coaching. She combines management experience, a strategic perspective, and a coaching approach to support leaders and managers in their development and professional challenges.

In 2023, Julie founded Cap compas conseils stratégiques with one desire: to put her experience at the service of people and organizations, differently.
Coach, consultant, trainer, and speaker, she supports her clients in contexts that require stepping back, clarifying issues, mobilizing strengths, and taking action. Her approach combines rigor, creativity, active listening, and humanity. Recognized for her ability to make complex concepts accessible and to foster engagement, she specializes in leadership, team mobilization, change management, organizational effectiveness, and time management.
Rather than providing ready-made answers, Julie likes to ask questions that open up new perspectives and enable everyone to find their own levers for action.
What excites me
Beyond my profession
Navigation is not just a metaphor for Julie: it is a true passion.
Sailing instructor, she teaches keelboat navigation on the Saint Lawrence River in the Quebec City region. She also participates in regattas, where leadership, communication, trust, and teamwork take on their full meaning.
On the water just as in organizations, she finds the same principles: reading one's environment, knowing one's strengths, communicating clearly, adapting to the unexpected, and working together toward a common destination.
Because having a course to follow doesn't mean the road will always be straight. It means knowing why you are moving forward and being able to adjust along the way.
